How do I use my Butter Bell crock?

Simply pack one stick of softened butter firmly into the bell-shaped lid, pour about 1/3 cup of cold water into the base, and place the lid upside down into the water. This creates an airtight seal that keeps butter fresh and spreadable.

Does the butter stay fresh without refrigeration?

Yes. The water seal prevents spoilage by keeping air away from the butter. As long as you change the water every 2-3 days and keep the crock away from direct sunlight or heat sources, your butter will stay fresh for up to 3 weeks.

Is the Butter Bell dishwasher safe?

Absolutely. All our ceramic Butter Bell crocks are made from high-quality, chip-resistant stoneware and are completely dishwasher and microwave safe.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer standard shipping across the continental US, typically arriving within 3-5 business days. International shipping rates and times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging our ceramics, but accidents can happen. If your order arrives broken or defective, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage for a free replacement.
